Returns & Refunds Policy – Matchday Mayhem

We want you to love Matchday Mayhem and have the best tabletop football experience. If there’s an issue, here’s how we handle returns:

Pre-Orders:

• During limited runs or pre-order campaigns, cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of purchase. After that, your order is locked in and headed for production.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your game arrives damaged or with missing components, email us at info@matchdaymayhem.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the affected parts—or send a whole new copy—free of charge.

Change of Mind:

• We don’t accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, as each unit is produced to order.
